E) All Ship Crane Must Be Fully Functional At Full Capacity & In Proper Condition And All Ship Cranes Must Be Provided For Loading

D) Port Captain Or Owner Representative Must Be Available All The Time During Loading. (Port Captain Must Be Appointed As Per Consent Of Charterers)

E) Vessel Age Max 25 Years, No Forklift Operations At Load Port

F) Vessel Should Have The Capacity For Loading Complete Cargo In Positive Tolerance.

G) Charterers Have The Option Of Asking For Freights For Other Load Rates Prior Commencement Of Loading. Owners Are Obligated To Promptly Provide
