Vessel should be in good condition, box shape, tween decker hold is recommended, 2. Please make sure no rusty and dusty inside cargo hold, 3. Vessel should have 2 cranes, no issue with ship crane for operation, 4. No leaking from hatch cover, 5. Vessel age max within 20 years, 6. Hatch cover  (opening & closing operation) should be technically in sound condition, 7. Vessel owner should check the Haldia arrival draft requirement and nominate accordingly. 8. DWT of the vessel should be capable to hold 12,500MT cargo.
