During voyage within heavy traffic areas or piracy avoidance routes, such as Indian territorial waters ; Charterers are not to apply any underperformance claim due to plenty of fishing nets/boats /traffic congestion on the route of such area and vessel is not liable to report maneuverings made within such area. This period of voyage is not considered as good weather even if actually it is. Diesel Generators / Boilers will also burn MGO/DMZ during starting and stopping operations for one hour or sufficient time to flush the Fuel Oil System. Vessel Has liberty to consume LSMGO/DMZ all Saudi Arabian ports Red Sea , Arabian Sea during port stay Vessel has liberty to consume MGO/DMZ when Manoeuvring in shallow, narrow, busy and restricted waters, canals, rivers, in / out ports, during bad weather.
